b. Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 4 days from the purchase date.
Conditions:
a. The subscription plan paid for is not accessible due to the system downtime, technical errors, or disruptions caused directly by our platform
b. If you are incorrectly charged or charged multiple times for a subscription plan, provided the error is directly caused by our platform
c. If your subscription plan is not successfully activated despite payment confirmation.
d. The service must not have been utilized beyond a reasonable extent, as determined by our usage analytics.
Refunds are not applicable for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances.
a. the user violates our Terms and Conditions of Service.
b. Refunds will not be issued for partially used subscriptions. For example, where the user cancels after using the service for a portion of the subscription period.
c. Refunds are not available where a subscription-sharing service becomes unavailable due to changes in restrictions imposed by Third party streaming platforms Setup or activation fees, if applicable.
d. Refund requests made after the designated refund window (2 days for monthly plans and 4 days for annual plans) will not be honored.
e. Promotional or discounted subscriptions.
f. Add-on services or features consumed during the subscription period.

b. Transaction ID or purchase receipt.
c. A detailed description of the reason for the request, including proofs, highlighting the issue where possible.
Evaluation:
Our team will review your request and may require additional information to process the refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Deductions:
Refunds may be subject to deduction of taxes or transaction fees where applicable .
